SATHI continues to be guided by Anusandhan Trust's founding principles of social relevance, democratic mode of functioning, ethical conduct and social accountability.

Policy decisions, especially those with legal implications are taken with the concurrence of the Anusandhan Trust. The Anusandhan Trust provides the vision, overall institutional framework for compliance of relevant legal provisions and acts as the highest internal forum for grievance redressal. We are governed by a set of rules prepared by the staff and approved by the Anusandhan Trust.
