The Working Group(WG)-

The Coordinator is appointed by the Anusandhan Trust and have the overall responsibility of SATHI.

However, he functions as a part of the Working Group(WG). The WG consists of, apart from the Coordinator, elected members numbering 15% of the staff, (currently four) and non-voting members (Administrative Head and Project In-charges). Strategic decisions about functioning are taken in the staff meetings and in the intervening period by the WG. Day to day executive decisions are taken by the Coordinator and by the specifically designated persons entrusted with specific responsibilities.
